Lawyer Overview

Linda Azrin's practice includes patent prosecution of U.S., PCT, and foreign applications; preparation of patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom-to-operate opinions; and assistance with litigations and due diligence investigations. Linda has experience with various chemical and mechanical technologies, including medical devices, consumer products, and chemical compositions.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Linda was an associate at the intellectual property firm of Pennie & Edmonds LLP from 1999 to 2003. Before law school, Linda was a chemist at Dupont (NEN Medical Research Products) for four years where she synthesized radio-labeled biochemical compounds used for medical research.

She is a member of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Bar Association.
