Founded in 2000 by Marc L. Hurvitz, who is a certified trial attorney and has been practicing law for 26 years, the Law Offices of Hurvitz & Waldman, L.L.C., serves the legal needs of individuals, businesses and municipalities throughout New Jersey and New York. Our three attorneys, support staff and paralegals offer clients a broad-based civil trial and appellate practice in State and Federal Courts that includes medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, employment discrimination, municipal tort liability, amusement park operations, civil rights, construction, business and commercial litigation.
