David S. Luber is an Estate Planning Master of Laws. He is a Florida attorney also admitted to the Illinois and Arizona bars. 

Attorney David Luber practices Florida Probate and Inheritance Law in Broward County and Palm Beach County. He also helps clients with Estate Administration, Ancillary Probate, and Summary Probate for estates in  Broward County Probate Court, Palm Beach County Probate Court and other probate courts throughout Florida.  He helps advise regarding Florida Probate Litigation, Will Contest cases and Estate Litigation law.  

David is a director of the North Dade - South Broward Estate Planning Council and a past president. He is a co chairman of the Broward County Probate and Trust Section.  

He is a member of the Jewish Federation's professional advisory committee and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Probate and inheritance Attorney David Luber is also a member of the Broward County Estate Planning Council. He has been a member of the Broward County Bar Association, and the South Florida Chamber of Commerce and a Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.   

Further he has been a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trusts, Tax and Elder Law sections of the Florida Bar.
