Casey Jorgensen is a Member in Williams Kastner's Seattle office. His business and transactional practice concentrates on all types of commercial real estate transactions, commercial finance and lending, corporate transactions and business formation, protection and registration of trademarks, as well as sports law. In addition to his career as an attorney, Mr. Jorgensen officiated amateur and professional ice hockey for several years in the Western Hockey league and West Coast Hockey League. He was named as a Rising Star for 2005 by Washington Law & Politics magazine.
