Hans M. Seiler is a director of the firm's corporate, securities, and finance group. His practice concentrates on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, privatizations, and real estate transactions. Hans has extensive experience with national and international transactions. For German and international investors, he structured, negotiated, and implemented acquisitions, joint ventures, and a wide range of financial investments. His key clients are real estate, energy and technology companies.

Before he joined Hogan & Hartson Raue, Hans was one of the founding partners of a law firm in Berlin. He began his work as attorney-at-law in Hamburg at a leading German law firm and became a partner of this firm in 1992. Hans spent one year as a foreign associate at a major New York law firm. The subject of his doctoral thesis was U.S.-American corporate law (Freeze-out of Minority Shareholders).
