Wolfgang Kuhla provides regulatory and policy advice both to German and international companies and governmental agencies. Wolfgang has broad experience in the fields of hospital financing, hospital-related labor law issues, and risk management procedures. He also has been involved in the privatization of hospitals in both the public and private sectors.

Wolfgang joined a leading Berlin law firm in 1983, where he became a name partner in 1988. This firm merged in 1989 with another major German law firm. At that time, he concentrated mainly on planning and environmental work and transactional matters following the German reunification.

Wolfgang has published numerous articles on administrative and health care law. He is co-author of a handbook on administrative law procedure code. He gives lectures on a regular basis at seminars organized by the German Lawyers Institute (lectures about administrative law procedure). He is a part-time lecturer at the Berlin Free University (lectures about zoning law).
