In January, 2001, Balch & Bingham LLP and Eaton & Cottrell merged to form our Gulfport and Jackson offices.  The Gulfport office of Eaton & Cottrell was established in 1932.  From the earliest days, the Gulfport office has contributed to the growth, prosperity and the quality of life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  Our Gulfport office has long had strong ties to the fields of public utility law.  Today, the firm provides a broad range of services to commercial clients in many fields.  Besides traditional professional services in litigation and commercial transactions, the firm also represents clients in environmental, international commerce, gaming and labor matters.  The firm's locations in Gulfport and Jackson allows them to provide legal services anywhere along the Mississippi Gulf Coast and throughout the state.
