Lawyer Overview

Eun Ah Choi practices in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Her experience covers a wide range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, health care, gaming, and food products.

Eun Ah represents issuers and investment banking firms in a broad range of capital raising transactions, including initial public offerings, Rule 144A private placements and debt and preferred stock financings. In addition, Eun Ah represents publicly and privately held companies in various aspects of business combinations, including mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, exchange offers, and defensive provisions. She counsels companies on corporate governance issues and provides advice on reporting and other requirements of the federal securities laws.

Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Eun Ah worked as an analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
