The Aldrich Law Office, P.C., is a boutique law firm that specializes in construction and related litigation in Oregon and Southwest Washington. The firm typically represents building owners (including businesses, non-profits, associations and individuals) in claims against contractors, developers, architects, as well as first-party claims against property insurance, relating to construction/design issues, and resulting in property damage.  The firm has successfully litigated over 400 construction defect and related cases, involving retail/office buildings, condominiums, casinos, town homes, schools, apartment buildings, hotels, veterinary clinics, and single family homes, with repair costs and other damages ranging from $50,000 to over $15 million.  Over the last ten years, the firm has obtained settlement and verdict monies for building owners of approximately $100 million.

There are five attorneys in the firm: Dean E. Aldrich, Kevin A. Eike, Christopher C. Grady, Molly Allison, and Todd M. Peck.  The attorneys have extensive expertise in construction defect law, insurance law, and litigation.  Dean Aldrich also has a civil engineering degree and real world experience as a project manager in the building construction industry.

A team of highly qualified paralegals: Joanna Cherry and Laurie Osborn, and support staff:  Deanna Healy, Sue Luck, Kay Syravong, and Rick Tessensohn round out the team.  The firm administrator is Cheryl Wunder.
