With more than fifteen years of experience behind me, I understand that when you are considering bankruptcy, you are at a point in your life that is very emotional. I understand that the process is very personal and is frequently embarrassing. While I cannot make bankruptcy pain-free, I can help you anticipate the events in the process before they occur so that the anxiety is kept to a minimum. In your initial visits, I will actually take the time to meet you and explain the process to you. I will not pass you off to another member of my staff to get background information from you.

I have a broad perspective on the process that enables me to reach workable solutions in a shorter amount of time as I have represented both debtors and creditors through this process. Non-bankruptcy credit matters require the same kinds of skills as those possessed by a bankruptcy attorney and can often result in credit history problems that are just as significant as bankruptcy. I have dealt with numerous debt collection cases where, once again, I have represented both the account holders and the debtors.
