Professional Experience

Rick has represented numerous secured lenders, lessors and unsecured creditors in out-of-court workouts, liquidation and reorganization proceedings across the country.  His practice also includes prosecuting and defending preference and fraudulent conveyance actions.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1997, and the United States District and Bankruptcy courts, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan in 1998.
