Lee is a partner whose primary practice areas are corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions law.  He advises both public and private entities in all aspects of formation, governance and operation.  His general business practice includes the documentation and negotiation of mergers, acquisitions, sales and purchases of businesses, and financings, and structuring corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.  Lee's securities law practice includes assisting in the preparation of registration statements for initial public offerings, secondary offerings and mergers, proxy statements and other filings.
