Soojin Chung is a counsel in the Technology Transactions and Licensing Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2000.

Practice

Ms. Chung’s practice focuses on biotechnology, software and other licensing transactions. She has also represented both public and private companies in connection with their venture capital financings, mergers, acquisitions and securities offerings.

Professional Activities

Ms. Chung served as associate secretary, then secretary, for the Committee on Asian Affairs of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York from 1998 to 1999. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the Licensing Executives Society.

Community Involvement

Ms. Chung is a mentoring attorney for the WilmerHale Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School.
