Our corporate and securities litigation practice is a New England leader in the defense of technology companies and their officers and directors in complex shareholder and consumer class actions. Many of the core members of our renowned intellectual property litigation practice—selected by The American Lawyer in 2004 and 2006 as one of the top five in the nation—are based in Boston, and have served as lead counsel in hundreds of major patent and trademark litigations. Our corporate practice has earned Corporate Board Member magazine’s title of “top corporate law firm in Boston” for the past three years. Enriching our full-service capabilities by providing clients with the specialized legal and technical insight normally associated with boutique intellectual property (IP) firms, our IP practice was ranked as the largest in the Boston area by the Boston Business Journal in 2005.
