ADVANTAGES OF A SMALL LAW FIRM

When you hire a sole practitioner or small law firm to represent you, you deal directly with the attorney responsible for your case.  In some large firms your case will be accepted by a partner but then given to a new attorney to work on for experience.  You may hire a large law firm for its well known name and never get to meet one of the named partners. 

At this law office we strive to tailor representation to your individual needs.  We stay small on purpose to preserve the integrity of the lawyerclient relationship.

ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE

The Rules of Professional Conduct prohibit lawyers and their staff from discussing your legal problem or personal affiars with others.  You should feel comfortable in discussing your situation with your lawyer and his staff.  At this law office, we consider the simple fact that you consulted us a secret that we will not divulge without your permission.  You should feel secure in revealing all pertinent information, good or bad.  The better our factual understanding your unique situation, the better we can help you.

LOCATION

Our office is located in the Harmon Building in West Valley City, Utah.  It is easy to find and the parking is free.  Our proximity to the freeways is one reason clients come from all over the Wasatch Front.
