We have successfully represented employees against Fortune 500 companies and governmental entities.  Our Firm litigates in Federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies, such as the EEOC and EEO Program Offices, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the D.C. Commission on Human Rights, the Montgomery County Human Relations Commission, and the Prince George's County Human Relations Commission.  In addition, we counsel small businesses and companies on employment law and personnel issues, including drafting employment handbooks and providing diversity training.
