The Laurence M. Deutsch Law Firm, P.C. represents the victims of medical malpractice and other professional negligence to the fullest extent of the law.

The Firm's principal, Mr. Deutsch, is an experienced and trial tested attorney, in practice since 1988 and specializing in medical malpractice litigation since 1992. Mr. Deutsch is the author of "Medical Records for Attorneys" (American Law Institute of the American Bar Association): a treatise widely utilized by other attorneys in the medical malpractice field.

Mr. Deutsch has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars for other attorneys on issues of advanced trial practice in medical malpractice cases.

Mr. Deutsch has undertaken, and won, some of the most significant and medically complex cases in New York, including cases featured on MSNBC and covered in publications such as The New York Post and The New York Law Journal.

Mr. Deutsch began his career representing physicians and insurance companies in defense of malpractice suits, before beginning a Firm dedicated exclusively to representing the injured victims of malpractice. This experience on "both sides" of personal injury cases gives us an unusual perspective, to the benefit of our clients, from which we can better understand the issues of our cases, and better anticipate what the "other side" will do in a given case.
