Mr. DiMaiolo concentrates his practice in theareas of commercial litigation, Creditors' Rights, commercial and residentialforeclosure, collection and bankruptcy. Before joining Fein, Such, Kahn andShepard, Mr. DiMaiolo was associated with the firm of Shapiro and Kriesman andassistant in-house counsel to UJB Financial Corporation. While a student at NewEngland School of Law, Mr. DiMaiolo was the recipient of the New England Schoolof Law Student Service Award and the Co-Chair of the Law Day Committee.
Mr. DiMaiolo has lectured to clients, attorneys and court personnel onvarious foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. He was invited to be a speaker ofthe 2000 and 2001 New Jersey Judiciary Conferences. He is a member of the New JerseyChancery Judges' Ad Hoc Advisory Committee on Mortgage Foreclosures. Inaddition, Mr. DiMaiolo belongs to the New Jersey State Bar Association, BankruptcySection and was a member of the inaugural Bankruptcy Inn of Court in1993-1994.
