For over 20 years, Mr. Tabakin has handled all phases of complex litigationin state and federal courts, from discovery through trial, as well as appeals. Due to his years of experience he has been Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
He concentrates hispractice in the fields of commercial litigation, bank and real estate related litigation,construction law, securities law and employment law, as well as will contests andfiduciary litigation. He has extensive experience in both trials andarbitrations.
While attending law school, Mr. Tabakin was a memberof Phi Alpha Delta legal society. Following graduation, Mr. Tabakin was Law Secretary to theHonorable George P. Helfrich, Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey. He is amember of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bar of Creditors' Rights in the State of New Jersey.
