Litigation

Founding and Managing Partner Robert Feldhake leads a multi-lawyer Litigation Department, handling civil trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals for all manner of private and public sector clients. The Litigation Department is prepared to handle any civil dispute or litigation proceeding in any area, including any state forum and before arbitral regulatory bodies.
