Katherine Ettredge specializes in the areas of lending and structured finance, and her experience includes representation of financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and private equity funds in connection with commercial loan facilities (both term and revolving, secured and unsecured, single-lender and syndicated, senior, mezzanine, and subordinated as well as cash flow and asset-based), equipment financings, acquisition financings, sale/leaseback transactions, DIP facilities, debt restructuring transactions, asset securitizations, and corporate aircraft financings (including corporate aircraft regulatory counseling). Such experience has been acquired while working in a variety of specific industry areas, including the retail, telecommunications, energy, health care, technology outsourcing, defense and other manufacturing, investment banking, textile, and transportation (including aircraft) industries.

Katherine is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Chapter of Women's Finance Exchange.
