Kevin Bailey is counsel in the Litigation Department at WilmerHale.

Practice

Mr. Bailey has experience with a wide range of complex commercial disputes. He has represented companies and individuals in numerous cases in federal and state courts, at arbitration and before the SEC in matters involving, among other things, restricted securities transactions, employment discrimination and breaches of contract. In addition, Mr. Bailey has substantial experience assisting companies with internal investigations relating to securities, employment discrimination and regulatory compliance issues. Mr. Bailey also advises clients regarding the impact of federal and state laws and regulations. He has drafted and reviewed numerous briefs at the trial and appellate levels, including the United States Supreme Court, and has guided many cases through all phases of discovery, taken and defended numerous depositions and examined and cross-examined witnesses at trial.
