Eric Kristiansen’s diverse practice areas include commercial litigation and arbitration, lawsuits involving real property disputes, premises and product liability, toxic tort, and oil and gas litigation. His clients come from a variety of backgrounds, from large commercial banks to individuals involved in real estate disputes. Mr. Kristiansen has tried cases ranging from surface damage disputes (resulting from oil and gas operations) to breach of contract disputes (related to the delivery of defective products).

Mr. Kristiansen was named a “Texas Rising Star” in Litigation by Texas Monthly magazine in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Mr. Kristiansen is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Young Lawyers Association, the Texas Bar Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Kristiansen is a former board member of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Houston, has been involved with the National MS Society, and has served on various committees of the Greater Houston Partnership.

When he is not spending time with his wife and beautiful daughters, Mr. Kristiansen runs a competitive intramural soccer team.
