JAMES S. SWIDERSKI is an associate in our Milwaukee office where he is a member of the Business Law practice group. Mr. Swiderski's practice includes corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, municipal law and real estate.

Mr. Swiderski is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.A., 1992) and the University of Wisconsin School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1999). He was a member of the University of Wisconsin School of Law's International Law Journal. Mr. Swiderski was a recipient of the State Bar of Wisconsin/University of Wisconsin Law School Academic Achievement Award; CALI Excellence for the Future Award; Gerald K. Konz Scholarships; and the Phil Owens Memorial Award.

Mr. Swiderski served as a Legislative Aide to United States Senator Russell D. Feingold, Washington, D.C. 1993-1996. He is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
