He assists clients in defining, formulating, and carrying out wealth and legacy strategies for the control, management, and protection of assets of less than $100,000 to over $30,000,000. Mr. Foster's practice involves wills, trusts, community property agreements (and other domestic partner agreements), guardianships, elder law, gifts, taxation, the administration and settlement of trusts and estates (through probate or by avoiding probate), litigation and dispute management concerning inheritances and trusts and family business succession planning. He is a trained mediator in trust and estate matters.
