Lawyer Overview

Kermit is a senior associate with the firm's Corporate Department. An experienced immigration attorney and member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), he provides counsel to a diverse group of individual and business clients. Kermit represents employers, professional workers, physicians, students, families, and individuals seeking employment and investor visas, applications for permanent residency and U.S. citizenship, and permanent certification under the Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) program. Because immigration law is a federal practice, national in scope, Kermit has developed a client base that stretches across the U.S., as well as locations around the world. He strives to develop long-term relationships with his clients and their families and he believes that an attorney's counsel is most effective as part of a continuing relationship, rather than on a transactional or isolated basis. Kermit is eminently approachable and dedicated to meeting each client's specific needs.
