Lawyer Overview

Christopher represents a variety of domestic and international businesses from start-up and emerging companies to industry leaders counseling his clients across a broad spectrum of business law areas relating to corporate governance matters, bankruptcy, commercial landlord-tenant issues, bank lending, private equity and finance transactions, and structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions and a variety of contractual relationships.

Christopher joined the firm in 1998. Prior to attending law school, Christopher worked in Washington, D.C. for six years in a variety of capacities, including positions with the Department of the Interior and with the White House Executive Office of the President during the administration of George H.W. Bush.
