Joe David has extensive experience in complex multidistrict litigation, class actions and mass tort product liability matters, antitrust, general business and commercial litigation, and equal employment opportunity. Included among matters in which he has been involved was the national coordination of numerous product liability actions from their initial filing through hearings before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation and subsequent trial. Joe is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and has been admitted pro hoc vice in numerous state and federal courts in connection with cases pending in those courts.
