Paul Ditto represents clients in single as well as multiproperty and multijurisdictional real estate acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and other areas of large complex real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in the planning and structuring of domestic and foreign equity ownership (limited liability companies, limited partnerships, corporations, and other business entities) as well as in property, asset, and development management. Paul's practice also includes assisting clients with member and partner transfers, partner buy-sell transactions, and other joint venture exit strategies and with distressed assets and troubled joint ventures.

Representative transactions include many real estate deals for Morgan Stanley, including the $8.6 billion buyout of Canary Wharf; the $6.5 billion buyout of Crescent Real Estate Equities; the $525 million acquisition and joint venture of 11,0000 homesites with Lennar Corp; the 1.9 million square foot, $400 million Lac Mirabel retail and entertainment complex joint venture with the Gordon Group just outside Montreal, Quebec; and the 91,000-acre Babcock Ranch mixed-use and planned development and state park joint venture with Kitson and Partners in Lee and Charlotte counties Florida.

Paul is a member of the real estate sections of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
