As a member of the Yacht and Aircraft practice at Foster Pepper, Mr. Harley has a significant amount of experience representing yacht owners covering a broad range of issues related to the yacht industry, including new build, purchase and sale, flagging, yacht management and crew issues. Mr. Harley also has substantial legal experience related to America's Cup yacht racing syndicates. He has been a speaker at international superyacht conferences on topics relating to yacht issues including all aspects of yacht construction contracts.
