Lawyer Overview
Rob Marshall advises multinational companies on a variety of legal issues relating to US and international stock plan and HR matters, executive compensation, and employee benefits.
Rob has implemented equity programs for US multinationals in more than 85 countries around the world. He has extensive experience with cross-border transactions, including a recent spin-off that impacted employees in the United States and over 20 countries worldwide. Rob also assists companies with employment and severance agreements both in the United States and worldwide.
Rob is a member of the State Bar of California, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, and the Global Equity Organization. He was named one of the Bay Area's "best lawyers" by Bay Area Lawyer Magazine and has served as a guest speaker at international equity compensation conferences in North America and Europe.
