Robert M. Kincaid Jr. is a lawyer actively engaged in trial practice. Mr. Kincaid has broad experience in civil litigation, particularly in business and commercial litigation, fiduciary and trust litigation, and employment litigation. Mr. Kincaid's experience includes more than thirty-eight jury trials to verdict.

Mr. Kincaid has successfully represented a nationally known family and related defendants and corporations in federal and state court in a case alleging fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, and RICO violations in the amount of $1.3 billion. Firestone v. Galbreath, 976 F.2d 279 (1992); Firestone v. Galbreath, 67 Ohio St. 3d 87 (1993).

Mr. Kincaid has substantial experience in fiduciary and trust litigation in cases involving breach of fiduciary duties by joint venturers, officers, directors and shareholders. Mr. Kincaid's representation in this area includes both plaintiffs and defendants. University Circle Research Ctr. Corp. v. Galbreath Co., 106 Ohio App. 3d 835 (Cuyahoga Cty. 1995); Doctors Hosp. v. Mr. Kincaid also has had extensive experience in complex corporate litigation: Stewart Glass & Mirror, Inc. v. U.S. Auto Glass Discount Ctrs., Inc., 200 F.3d 307 (2000); Federated Dep't Stores v.
