Jim's strong background in tax helps him understand the issues surrounding, for example, estate planning. He can provide assistance to individuals, families and organizations in transferring small business assets to the next generation and, in effect, enhancing wealth. By crafting the appropriate estate vehicle, taxes are reduced and more of your hard earned wealth can be transferred to your loved ones, said Jim when asked to discuss wealth enhancement and planning.

Tax

Jim has a strong background in Tax and has represented clients in disputes with the IRS, the Minnesota Department of Revenue and other state agencies. If you have a question relating to a dispute with any tax collection agency, give Jim a call now, before you say anything else to any tax collecting agent. Often times, various individuals or business enter into agreements with either the IRS or a state agency, and they are bombarded with letters and other bureaucratic paperwork. This avalanche of paper usually contains descriptions of your rights under the law, but no one makes sure you understand your rights. And people end up making agreements that are not in their best interests.
