Lawyer Overview
Christina Caplan's practice concentrates on pesticides, mobile sources, and other regulatory issues under the Clean Air Act. She advises clients on compliance issues related to environmental statutes and regulations. Recent matters include advising a client on pesticide regulations under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; and assisting a client in an investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board.
