Beebe, Grossman & Bergins, LLP is a Statewide law firm with a concentration in municipal finance and land use. In 1997, when the five original members combined their practices, they created a law firm with a uniquely deep and comprehensive knowledge of a wide variety of legal areas including:

Real property tax assessments; State and county equalization; real property tax exemptions; preparation, monitoring and analysis of state and local real property tax legislation; eminent domain proceedings; in rem tax foreclosures; planning and zoning; and advice and counsel for local governments seeking improved performance in the administration of the real property tax.

The members of the Firm have one hundred years of combined experience, including governmental service for the New York State Board of Equalization and Assessment, the cities of New York, White Plains and Rochester, and Towns across the State.

The Firm's clientele, both individuals, corporations and municipal governments, continues to grow rapidly. The Firm serves as Town Attorney for the Town of Stillwater. Other municipal clients include the City of Cohoes and, among others, the Towns of Yorktown, Harrison, Greenburgh, Rotterdam, Perinton, Plattsburgh, and Roxbury. Corporate clients include New York Hospital; Smith Corona; Ryder Truck, Cushman and Wakefield; Seneca Foods Corp.; GTE Sylvania; International Paper; Metalade Inc.; Windsor Manufacturing, Inc.; Walmart; Home Depot; Schoeller paper; Manor Oak Nursing Homes; and Heany Industries.

The Firm has litigated cases involving all types of real property, including residential, farm, commercial, industrial and utility properties. Among the more unique properties are the General Electric Power Systems manufacturing plant in Rotterdam; the Pepsico World Headquarters in Harrison; Niagara Mohawk's School Street Hydroelectric Project in Cohoes; portions of the New York City Watershed in Delaware County; and the Smith Corona manufacturing facility in Cortlandville.
