Mark S. Kaduboski is a partner in Wiggin and Dana's Business Practice Department. He represents clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including merger and acquisition and other strategic transactions, venture capital financing transactions and the representation of publicly traded companies in matters of securities law compliance and corporate governance. Mark has advised private equity funds as well as public and private companies engaged in domestic and cross-border transactions in various industries. He has also counseled emerging companies and venture capital funds that invest in companies engaged in a variety of industries including biotechnology and information technology.

Mark joined the firm in January 2002 after spending over four years at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York City. Mark received his J.D. in 1997 from Boston College Law School from which he graduated magna cum laude after serving as an editor of the Boston College Law Review. In 1993, he received his B.A. from Yale University from which he graduated cum laude with Distinction in the History Major.
