Fabrizio's experience in the corporate and M&A fields includes advising: a leading Italian bank in the disposal of its stake in four local banks; an Italian corporation in the acquisition of a stake in an Italian company running an Italian motorway and the subsequent disposal of a portion of that investment; a Spanish-listed corporation in the divestment of an Italian business operating in the renewable energy sector; an Italian corporation in the restructuring of its investment in a developer of optical wireless broadband solutions, together with other shareholders, through the sale and contribution of their shares in the developer to a newly incorporated vehicle; an Italian-listed investment company in the acquisition of a controlling stake in an Italian corporation operating in the aluminum laminate and food conservation sectors; a Canadian-listed corporation in the merger of its European recycled carton board operations with an Italian-listed corporation; a U.S.-listed corporation in the sale of one of its European apparel divisions and in the reorganization of its Italian business activities; and an Italian corporation operating as distributor of sailing products in its business combination with a Danish corporation.
