Lawyer Overview

Her practice includes representing foreign clients — mainly in the areas of electrical instruments, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, sport wears, and beverages — in licensing, brand protection, domain name dispute, advising on counterfeit products, and with legal proceedings for prosecuting infringement.

Her practice also includes business transactions. She handles merger and acquisition transactions and restructuring projects for Japanese and foreign clients.
