Keats McFarland & Wilson was founded in 1999 by Anthony Keats, Larry McFarland, and Dennis Wilson, along with associates Jeffrey Joyner, David Caplan, and Benjamin Lifshitz.  Tony, Larry, and Dennis have practice intellectual property law together since the early 1990's and established Keats McFarland & Wilson to focus on the representation of clients in the areas of intellectual property, entertainment, new media, and related commercial matters.
