DOLAN CONNLY is a general practice law firm with offices located in the Neponset Circle section of Boston, Massachusetts. Throughout many years of service within the legal community in both the public and private sector, members of the firm have formed close bonds with a wide variety of clients. It is with respect to those bonds that DOLAN CONNLY is driven to continue to provide its clients with excellent, cost effective legal services that yield exceptional results.

Our firm is experienced in civil litigation, lobbying, criminal defense, real estate conveyancing, real estate foreclosure and dispute resolution. As trial lawyers, the attorneys at DOLAN CONNLY draw on their considerable experiences to direct the course of legal action in ways that best protect the rights of the client. We understand that many matters are appropriately resolved outside of the courtroom through aggressive negotiation techniques, mediation, arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Trial work combined with seasoned negotiation skills give DOLAN CONNLY a distinct advantage in counseling its clients so that they can make sound decisions that positively impact their specific case or claim.

HOURLY BILLING AND RATES

Legal services are billed based on the actual time taken to complete specific tasks. Minimum time entries of six minutes or (0.1 hours) are utilized for billing. Statements for services rendered are typically provided in intervals of every one to three months, depending upon the desire of the client. Expenses are pre-approved and itemized on the statement.

Hourly rates include expenses such as word processing as well as local telephone and facsimile charges transmissions. Photocopying and excess postage charges are itemized as expenses on each billing statement. Tasks that are determined to be duplicative as a result of staff turnover or other unforeseen circumstances will not appear on a statement or will be listed at no charge. Rates may be adjusted from time to time by agreement of the Firm and the client.

DOLAN CONNLY acknowledges, adopts and abides by the Canons of Ethics in its representation of clients and in its billing practices as outlined by Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3.07. Supreme Judicial Court Rule 1.5 is also complied with in establishing fee schedules for individual clients.
