Walton Law Firm, P.C., was founded in 2001 by Will O. (Trip) Walton, III. Mr. Walton built a large personal injury and criminal practice in east central Alabama and west Georgia while a partner with the law firm of Walker, Hill, Adams, Umbach, Meadows & Walton. Walton Law Firm primarily represents personal injury victims and the families of wrongful death victims in federal and state courts. The Firm also specializes in the handling of criminal matters concentrating on the defense of drug and alcohol cases in federal, state and municipal courts. Furthermore, the Firm has office locations in Auburn and Montgomery for the convenience of its clients.
