Hutson & Brockway, P.L. was founded on the simple belief that the client should come first.  We understand that a problem in your life has brought you to us, and you need help solving it, not double speak or empty promises.  Not excessive fees or hidden charges.  We personally put in the time to ensure your case is handled properly, and we treat you with respect and compassion.  We believe it is essential to keep you informed about your case and return your telephone calls.

Although we simply cannot take every case that has merit, an attorney will spend time with you to understand and assess your problem, and we will not charge you for our time, even if we do not take your case.  In personal injury matters, we do not charge our clients attorney fees or costs unless we recover from the responsible party.
