Elizabeth Calderon, Esq. specializes in immigration law.  She has a J.D. law degree from George Washington University Law School, a B.A. from Jersey City State College, and an R.N. from N.Y.U./Bellevue School of Nursing .  She has extensive experience in all areas of immigration law including business visas (H-1B, L, E), PERM , Labor Certifications, family visas, marriage visas, Deportation, Waivers, and out-of-status issues.

Calderon Law Firm  is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) both in Miami, FL and Washington, DC .  She maintains offices in both cities.  She is the past co-chair of the committees on Labor Certification and is an expert in this area.  AILA is the national association of lawyers who specialize in immigration law.

Ms. Calderon has an extensive background in business-related immigration work with companies and corporations, both large and small.  She is an experienced Speaker at seminars and workshops on Immigration issues.
