The founder of the firm, attorney Robert G. Stahl, is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of New Jersey. In that capacity, he successfully prosecuted multi-defendant, complex fraud cases, including the largest excise tax fraud case in the history of the United States. As a former prosecutor, Mr. Stahl understands how prosecutors and agents think and put together a case.

Lawyer Christopher M. Farella, who recently joined the firm from a prestigious national law firm, has litigated in state and federal courts for a wide array of businesses, including clients in the pharmaceutical, defense contracting, manufacturing, publishing and airline industries.

Lawyer Laura K. Gasiorowski, who recently joined the firm, has vast experience in federal and state appeals, having been involved in several high-profile criminal appeals in recent years involving federal death penalty and international criminal law issues.

Mr. Stahl and his litigation team understand the complex world of commerce, finance, and business transactions.
