After working together in a large downtown law firm for many years, David Kleiman, Laird Lawrence, Stephen Baskind and Karen Fitzgerald joined as partners in 2000 in order to practice law in an environment in which they could maximize service to their clients. The legal and financial interests of the client always remain the primary factors in their representation. They now practice together in a smaller firm with a common philospohy of providing efficient, high-quality legal representation and responsive service.

When litigation cannot be avoided or is the preferred option for enforcing the rights of the client, the lawyers at Kleiman Lawrence Baskind Fitzgerald LLP vigorously enforce those rights in state and federal court.
