Joan Labbé Boudreaux is an attorney with the Onebane Law Firm where she practices labor and employment, immigration, and admiralty law. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, where she graduated magna cum laude, and received her J.D. degree from Louisiana State University. Ms. Boudreaux is a member of many professional associations including the Louisiana State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyer’s Association.  She is also a Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional (CWCP).  Ms. Boudreaux has focused her practice on assisting businesses in various employment related matters, such as Title VII discrimination, ADA, FMLA, unemployment compensation and workers’ compensation issues, as well as business, and family based immigration. She also assists clients in obtaining proper work authorization for select employees, performing internal I-9 audits, negotiating ICE / DHS issues and conducting immigration related corporate due diligence.
