Lawyer Overview
Ms. Cohara focuses her practice on litigation involving personal injury, product liability, premises liability, breach of warranty, nuisance, commercial, sexual tort and toxic tort issues. Ms. Cohara has served as lead counsel on numerous lawsuits, and has significant experience representing defendants both in jury trials and large mediations. Ms. Cohara has particular experience in nuisance defense, complex commercial disputes and the defense of sexual tort lawsuits. In her career, Ms. Cohara has represented clients throughout the United States in both state and federal court with great success. The success Ms. Cohara attains for her clients is attributed to her skill in simplifying complex issues into clear, logical arguments. She advises clients from a wide variety of areas, including hotel, restaurant, manufacturing, agribusiness and religious organizations.
Ms. Cohara currently chairs the firm's recruiting committee. She is active in many other endeavors, including extensive involvement in professional associations and community activities.
