Lawyer Overview

Michelle represents and counsels private employers with labor and employment matters and handles issues arising under the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the National Labor Relations Act, and various state laws. In addition, she has experience resolving allegations of discrimination and breach of contract. She also has experience handling charges before the National Labor Relations Board and assisting with the arbitration of union grievances.

Michelle is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
