Welcome to the law firm of Vincent D. Morgera, Ltd. Known both as the Law Doctors and "The Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Law Firm", the firm has been assisting and providing thorough and aggressive legal representation to injured persons for over twenty years. The firm, a Martindale-Hubbell AV (highest) rated firm, is unique in that we primarily concentrate our resources to cases involving medical malpractice. The firm's founder, Vincent D. Morgera, has devoted himself over the years to representing personal injury plaintiffs- especially to patients injured by medical negligence- and has gained a reputation for excellence in the field. The firm consists of two attorneys with support staff, includes a professional nurse consultant, is affiliated with a medical doctor/attorney, and works closely with physician experts in all fields of medicine. Working together, the firm is able to thoroughly investigate, analyze and evaluate the often complex medical and legal aspects of each case and, if the case has merit, prepare and prosecute the case to conclusion, either through settlement or to trial.

Medical/Hospital Malpractice:

Over the counter drugs and prescription medications may provide inadequate warnings, resulting in injury to patients taking the drugs. Vincent D. Admiralty/Maritime:

Attorney Vincent Morgera is also a Proctor in Admiralty and, as such, has successfully prosecuted claims arising from injuries while as sea and other such maritime claims, including those arising under the Longshoreman's Act.
