William S. Hommel, Jr., P.C. is a law firm committed to the idea that our clients' interests come first. We serve a varied clientele consisting of individuals, large and small corporations in the East Texas area. Our areas of trial practice include commercial, employment practices, personal injury, products liability, civil rights, and defamation. We also represent several business entities in the greater East Texas area in business transactions and regulatory matters. Bill Hommel, principal of the firm, is board certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

The sophistication of our practice and the expertise of our attorneys and staff rival that of any other firm, while our somewhat smaller size allows us to provide greater personal attention, staffing continuity and cost efficiency available only in smaller organizations. Our size also allows for greater flexibility in addressing client needs regarding billing policies and procedures.

We work closely with our clients to eliminate inefficiencies and use legal assistants extensively when appropriate to perform specific functions that would otherwise increase the cost to the client. We have incorporated state-of-the-art technology into our practice in order to improve client service. Our firm is online with Internet and email access which places a wealth of information at our fingertips. Our offices are highly automated with an integrated computer network which provides a litigation calendar and support system.
